BOTÀNIC restaurant, under the direction of Chef Andrés Benítez, is a pioneer of the plant-forward gastronomy and thus consolidates its commitment to healthy cuisine.

A concept in which plant based dishes are staged in a spectacular way. Greens share the stage as protagonists with meat and fish of the best quality.

Plant-forward cuisine is a new type of healthy cuisine that aims to give greens a leading role without setting aside meat, fish or other protein. Healthy but without sacrificing taste. Always focusing on sustainability and local cultivation.

Botànic is located within Can Bordoy Grand House & Garden. The tables are spread over five different indoor areas as well as on the terrace, which opens up to the privacy of a private garden. Selected playlists with relaxing music, adapted to the time of day, emphasize the atmospheric ambience. The restaurant is open for daily breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as for the famous Sunday brunch.
